Cancellation Policy

*Kindly provide a photocopy of each travelers Passport or Mykad to Whatsapp (+6012 631 3147) along with booking ID for issuance of insurance (insurance is mandatory for this activity). Kindly provide all documents one day in advance before 18:00hrs once booking is confirmed. *Customers are strongly advised to arrive 30 MINUTES before the scheduled departure time. In the event of late arrival and missing cruise departure, we will not be able to assist you as the cruise has to follow the departure times. We will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result of you missing your cruise departure and you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund. *No booking cancellation is allowed. We will not refund once your booking is confirmed. *The cruise will continue on light rain. Customers are advised to wear appropriate wet weather gear. Cruise cancellation due to bad weather condition (thunderstorms, combined with wind and swell conditions), your trip will be rescheduled to a date/time that is accepted by both parties. If non available reschedule date/time, we will refund the full amount. *Please be reminded that this activity is a non-smoking activity.
