Booking Terms & Condition
• Cancellation Notice : Cancellations are accepted if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled playtime. Additionally, in the event of a cancellation or partial refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, in accordance with our refund policy.
• Unintentional Cancellations : For unintentional cancellations, such as due to accidents or illness, a medical certificate is required for a refund if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled playtime.
• No-Show : If you miss the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, or if you are a no-show, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• Changing Play Date/Time : If you need to change the play date or time on the activity date, an additional transportation fee will apply, depending on the new location within Langkawi.
• Third-Party Purchases : If you purchased tickets from a third-party distributor or agent (not directly from our website), please note that their cancellation policy may differ. Please refer to the distributor or agent for their specific policy.
• If you wish to change the activity date, please notify us at least 24 hours before the activity starts. In addition, in the event of a cancellation or partial refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, in accordance with the Company's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to refund in all cases, except in the case of unexpected events such as accidents. A medical certificate is required to receive a refund. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the activity starts.
• If you do not arrive at the appointed time without prior notice or do not show up on the activity day, the company reserves the right not to refund in any case.
• If you wish to change the activity time on the same day as the reserved date, there will be an additional travel fee, depending on the service area.
• In case you purchase tickets through a dealer or external agency (not directly through the Company's website), please be aware that the cancellation policy of the dealer or agency may differ from the Company's. Please check the conditions with the dealer or agency from whom you purchased the tickets directly.
