50% booking fee is required upon confirmation

Full payment to be paid 1 WEEK before the embarkation date

Right to Deny Boarding

The captain reserves the right to deny boarding the cruise if passengers deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of other substances. No refund will be provided.

Loss/Damage of Property

Replacement of any loss or damage property should be borne by passenger on own cost. (fishing rod, snorkeling gear, kayak, paddle board, diving equipment)

Vessel Damage: Passenger is responsible to pay for the overall cost of repair for any damage made on the vessel.
Total payment amount is NON-Refundable in case of No-Show or missed the cruise

Reschedule: Minimum of 14 days for any reschedule; and depends on boat availability. There will be no refund in case of non-possible reschedule.

Weather Condition: Cruise will be continued in case of light rain. Rescheduling to new agreed date by both parties is needed in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms. In case of non-possible reschedule can be made, full amount of payment will be refunded.
